Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and coverage for Medicare and commercial plans.
• Assist in case management, billing and coding updates, and claims/appeal processes.
• Set up appointments and perform outbound calls to targeted offices; support backlog casework.
• Monitor physician and manufacturer performance; report trends quarterly to clients.
