Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across a designated territory. You will educate offices on reimbursements, manage benefits processes, and collaborate with case managers and manufacturers to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Must have Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to report progress.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges; ~15 activities weekly.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage; monthly topic reporting.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing/coding updates, and appeals; collaborate ~4/month with case managers.
• Set up appointments and outbound calls to offices; interface with physicians and manufacturer reps.
• Monitor program performance via FRM CRM dashboard; quarterly client reporting.
• Research provider and manufacturer data for reimbursement database; create facility profiles.
