Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for the office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and support services; on-site/virtual interactions average 15 per week.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, appropriate claims submission, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Benefit Interpretation, understanding medical necessity and appeals.
• Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to targeted offices; assist in backlog casework; interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives.
• Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturers; track via CRM and dashboard; participate in quarterly client reports.
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer information for reimbursement database; build facility database in CRM.
