Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote education for reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and payer processes.
• Manage case management, claims submissions, and patient assistance programs in collaboration with the hub team.
• Set up appointments and perform outbound calls to target offices while maintaining FRM CRM entries.
