McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services across a defined territory, delivering education and services in-person and remotely. The role emphasizes Medicare and commercial coverage expertise, site visits, and training to physician offices and manufacturers.

Travel is extensive (up to 80%), with performance monitored via FRM CRM dashboards. A 4-year degree and 4+ years in reimbursement are required, plus strong communication and documentation

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Healthcare industry exposure including insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
• Ability to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Web Meetings.
• Previous field experience a plus.
• Account management experience a plus.
• Remote/WFH capable.
• Travel up to 80% (approx. 4 days/week).
• General office demands.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Support Center services.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing, coding updates, and claims/adjudication.
• Collaborate with case manager on average 4/month for escalations.
• Monitor program performance and report via FRM CRM dashboard.
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer info for reimbursement database.
