Qualifications

• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy is preferred.
• Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience is required.
• Strong presentation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote education on reimbursement challenges and support services.
• Educate office staff on benefit investigation and prior authorization processes.
• Coordinate with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain patient/provider information.
• Track activities in FRM CRM and generate management/client reports.
• Monitor program performance and contribute to quarterly client reporting.
