Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursement and patient services for a specific drug. The FRM will provide remote and on-site education, build relationships with physician offices and manufacturer reps, and travel as needed to sites and trainings.

In a fast-paced role, you will track activities in FRM CRM, understand Medicare and commercial plans, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
• Ability to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement and services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, coverage and patient communication.
• Handle case management, billing updates, and claims submissions in coordination with the team.
• Set up appointments, conduct outbound calls, and travel within territory as needed.
• Monitor performance and report trends quarterly to clients.
