Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health business unit across defined accounts in Oklahoma and surrounding regions. You will drive patient access initiatives, educate providers, and coordinate with HUB and payer partners.

This role requires travel up to 40%, a mix of field and home-office days, and strong leadership in customer service and reimbursement experience. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree.
• Masters degree and 3 years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• Bachelors degree and 5 years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• Associates degree and 10 years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of customer service and/or leadership experience.
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined accounts within a geographic region for Patient Access and Reimbursement.
• Execute the territory strategic plan and understand the reimbursement process.
• Educate and update healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with relevant partners, including HUB.
