Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health unit across the Central and Western Massachusetts and Western, Central & Southern Connecticut regions. This role involves educating physicians and healthcare providers on payer coverage, navigating prior authorizations, and coordinating with HUB partners to resolve reimbursement issues.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's with leadership experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Experience managing people and leading teams, projects or programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with hubs, billing, coding, and appeals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as extension of HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement, supporting the reimbursement journey.
• Review patient information for coverage challenges and issues.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement with HUB and other partners.
• Inform offices how products are covered under the benefit design.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate changes.
