Job summary

Amgen is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager in Portland, OR, covering Oregon, Idaho, and parts of California. The role supports the Bone Health unit with payer expertise, reimbursement navigation, and provider education.

You will travel up to 40% and collaborate across departments to resolve coverage challenges, coordinate education for HCPs, and drive efficient access to therapies in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3+ years of customer service/leadership experience required (permitted multiple paths).
• Experience directly managing people and leading teams, projects, or resources is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the HUB, providing live one-on-one coverage support.
• Assist from physician order to reimbursement across the reimbursement journey.
• Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage and changes impacting access.
• Coordinate access/reimbursement issues with HUB and other partners.
• Explain how products are covered under commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Lead cross-functional partner meetings to resolve reimbursement issues.
