Job summary

Iantrek, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Central Region to support access, reimbursement, and adoption of glaucoma therapies. The role partners with surgeons, practice admins, and revenue cycle teams to ensure patient access and drive procedural growth.

The FRM works with Sales and Market Access to navigate coding and payer requirements, remove barriers, and accelerate adoption, traveling up to 15% and operating in a remote regional scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare admin, business or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles.
• Experience with medical devices/procedural products and Buy-and-Bill reimbursement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on reimbursement pathways across sites of care (ASC, HOPD, clinic).
• Educate providers and staff on coding, billing, and payer requirements.
• Identify and resolve access barriers impacting product adoption and growth.
