Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Michigan to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote-friendly role guides reimbursement strategy, supports authorization workflows, and partners with healthcare providers and internal teams to expand patient access.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement experience; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5-8 years of biotech/pharma, including prior Field Reimbursement Manager experience.
• Preferred experience in rare diseases.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager - Michigan to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on improving patient access to therapies by guiding reimbursement strategy, supporting authorization workflows, and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. The position will help ensure compliant, effective reimbursement support while using data-driven insights to remove access barriers and strengthen treatment adherence in the field.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $230,000 annually
