Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to lead reimbursement education and support for physician offices across multiple states. The role requires travel and strong coordination with internal teams to improve patient access and reimbursement outcomes.

You'll educate offices on Medicare and Commercial plans, manage casework and provider interactions, and track performance through FRM CRM and client reports.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Strong medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and available services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage; report topics monthly/quarterly.
• Manage casework, billing and coding updates, and claims/appeals with collaboration from the case manager.
