You will operate independently in a fast-paced environment, manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and build relationships with physicians and manufacturer reps.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Medicare and commercial coverage experience.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote education on reimbursement challenges for offices.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Medicare/Commercial coverage.
• Support case management, billing and claims submission activities.
• Set up appointments and conduct outbound calls to targeted offices; travel as needed.
• Monitor program performance via CRM dashboards and quarterly client reporting.
• Compile provider and manufacturer data for reimbursement database.
