Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access and reimbursement strategies across a Central New Jersey territory. You will educate providers on access pathways, prior authorizations, and claims, and coordinate with Market Access and Patient Services to remove barriers to therapy.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, medical and pharmacy benefits, and strong relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare field.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under both medical and pharmacy benefits with Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and staff; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate payer challenges in line with company policy.
