ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and grow opportunities for ICU Medical products. The role focuses on infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty lines, with post-sale support as needed.

The position is field-based and requires strong clinical and sales skills to communicate with hospital clinicians, manage accounts, and conduct product trials while meeting territory goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Preference for medical device sales with regional health system relationships.
• Active credentialing compliance including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty products.
• Master presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU products for clinicians.
• Position ICU offerings against competitors and act as clinical expert at field level.
• Know territory, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products.
• Engage with clinicians via local chapters to know the market.
• Coordinate with managers to align sales efforts with targets.
• Work on special projects and occasionally on weekends/nights.
