Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• MBA or MHA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience in hospital settings.
• Proven quota attainment and growth in territory with existing accounts.
• Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
• Compliance with credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU IV Infusion Device product line (Plum 360, LifeCare PCA, infusion sets, MedNet safety software, IV EMR).
• Deliver executive level presentations on clinical concepts and product pipelines.
• Position ICU products against competitors with clinical reasoning.
• Develop strategic customer relationships throughout the hospital.
• Negotiate contracts with hospital supply chain and admin.
• Travel ~50% of the time.
