Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to develop and expand relationships with hospital leaders and Supply Chain stakeholders across infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty healthcare products. This field-based role requires a proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales and the ability to manage a territory with independence.

You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, grow existing accounts, and seize new opportunities while aligning with regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Medical device, healthcare, hospital, or clinical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships within regional hospitals, health systems, or IDNs highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quotas across a portfolio of infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty healthcare products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital clinicians, Supply Chain professionals, and other key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio, clinical applications, competitive landscape, and relevant industry guidelines.
• Serve as a consultative resource and clinical problem solver for customers.
