Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Portfolio Sales Specialist to drive growth across ICU Infusion Therapy, Oncology, and Specialty products. You will manage key accounts, present clinically, and lead trials while expanding coverage into new markets.

The role requires field travel (>50%), strong clinical knowledge, and a proven sales record. A Bachelor’s degree and valid credentials are required, with vaccine compliance ongoing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales with relationships in key regional health systems.
• Credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination must be kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Medical products.
• Master presentation skills and communicate with hospital clinicians.
• Be the clinical expert on ICU products and position against competitors.
• Understand assigned territory, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products.
• Engage with local clinical chapters and market contacts.
• Coordinate with managers to align with targets; work on special projects.
• Possess ability to travel >50% and work weekends/nights when needed.
