Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and manage relationships with key decision makers, expanding existing accounts and driving new business in hospital and health-system markets. This field-based role requires strong presentation skills and clinical knowledge of ICU products.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of medical device sales experience, with a proven quota track record and willingness to travel. Travel expectations are significant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven quota/growth track record.
• Compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Medical products across infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty lines.
• Master presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU products and guidelines.
• Position ICU products against competitors as a clinical expert/consultative problem solver.
• Know territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products.
• Engage clinicians through local chapters (AVA, INS, APIC, ONS).
• Communicate with managers and align sales efforts with targets.
• Occasionally work weekends/nights as needed.
