Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key hospital decision makers, drive profitability, and expand accounts by selling ICU Medical products. You will provide limited post-sales implementation support and work remotely with travel.

The role emphasizes clinical knowledge of ICU products, territory management, and collaboration with regional teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of medical device sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Ability to meet quotas and build relationships with hospital systems and suppliers.
• Active credentialing requirements including COVID-19 vaccination per customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU products and related therapies.
• Master presentation skills and clinical knowledge to engage hospital clinicians.
• Serve as clinical expert to position ICU products against competitors.
• Know territory, customer base, contracts, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU solutions at customer sites.
• Develop relationships via AVA/INS/APIC/ONS chapters locally.
• Coordinate with managers to align sales with targets.
• Contribute to special projects; occasional weekends/nights may be required.
