Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 3–5 years related project management, operations, field support, or cross-functional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across client and associate experiences in tax operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, align priorities, and manage timelines.
• Translate business changes into field-ready communications and readiness materials.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and adoption indicators; escalate where needed.
• Gather feedback from offices, advisors, clients, and partners to identify improvements.
• Support pilots, testing, and phased rollouts to measure outcomes.
• Develop job aids and leadership resources to improve execution.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Document lessons learned and performance insights for future initiatives.
