Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Advisor, Field Planning Experience to bridge corporate initiatives with tax office leaders and drive readiness for operational programs. You will translate field insights into actionable recommendations, support change adoption, and contribute to stronger client and associate experiences.

The role requires collaborating with tax office leaders to implement initiatives, gather feedback, track actions, and address barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• 3-5 years experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or similar

Responsibilities

• Partner with tax office leaders to support operational initiatives, readiness activities, and implementation efforts
• Gather and synthesize feedback on processes, tools, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
• Support project execution by validating readiness, tracking action items, and helping address barriers to success
• Facilitate communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve questions
• Identify and share best practices that help improve consistency and operational effectiveness across tax offices
• Coordinate pilot programs and testing activities by supporting participation, monitoring execution, and collecting feedback
• Assist with change enablement activities, including readiness resources, leader engagement, and implementation support
• Monitor adoption trends and operational performance to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation related to feedback, concerns, successes, and follow-up actions
• Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement activities that support future initiatives and planning efforts
