Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a field role.
• Phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT is required.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Google Workspace.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; adaptable to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists across one or more markets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for compliance, quality, and safety.
• Interview and hire new mobile phlebotomists; onboard new hires.
• Ensure accurate order and patient appointment records.
• Assist with day-to-day customer service and escalations.
• Review schedules, manage timecards and expenses; support budgeting.
