Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day market operations and ensure top-tier patient experiences. The role involves supervising mobile phlebotomists, maintaining quality, training staff, and driving efficient scheduling and documentation.

You will also participate in hiring, onboarding, competency assessments, budget planning, and handling customer service escalations to maintain Getlabs’ standard of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a leadership role.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (AMT/ASCP/NCCT) is required.
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with Google Suite.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists in one or more markets.
• Assess work performance and conduct appointment reviews for compliance, quality, and safety; report findings.
• Administer disciplinary action as appropriate.
• Interview and hire new mobile phlebotomists; onboard new hires.
• Complete competency assessments and annual reviews for team members.
• Ensure accurate order and patient appointment record-keeping; manage schedules and timecards.
• Plan and manage a budget; handle day-to-day customer service escalations.
