Getlabs is seeking a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee mobile phlebotomy teams and ensure top-tier patient experiences. Role requires leadership, phlebotomy certification, and a customer-focused mindset. Position is remote with a preferred SF Bay Area commuting radius.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT).
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mobile phlebotomists across markets.
• Review performance, quality, safety, and schedules; report findings.
• Hire, onboard, and train new phlebotomists; conduct competency assessments.
• Manage team timecards, expenses, and budget; escalate issues as needed.
• Handle patient interactions via calls and emails; ensure great patient experience.
