Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee mobile phlebotomists and ensure high-quality patient experiences across markets. You will train, assess, and coach team members, manage performance, and support day-to-day operations.

This full-time role requires phlebotomy certification and at least 2 years of management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Vaccination is required for patient-facing staff, and a Bay Area commute is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a leadership role.
• Phlebotomy certification from AMT/ASCP/NCCT.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists in one or more markets.
• Assess performance and conduct appointment reviews for compliance, quality, and safety.
• Interview and hire new mobile phlebotomists; onboard and assess competency.
• Manage schedules, timecards, and expenses; plan budgets.
• Handle customer service escalations and patient communications.
