Getlabs is hiring a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead mobile phlebotomists and ensure top patient experiences in Northern California. You will supervise operations, coach staff, manage records, and handle escalations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of management, phlebotomy certification, strong communication, and a reliable vehicle. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits within a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a leadership role
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (AMT/ASCP/NCCT)
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Google Suite
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Comfort with ambiguity and new tech

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists across markets
• Assess performance and conduct appointment reviews for quality and safety
• Administer disciplinary actions as appropriate
• Interview and hire new mobile phlebotomists
• Onboard new hires and conduct annual competency assessments
• Ensure accurate order and patient record-keeping
• Manage team timecards and expenses
• Handle day-to-day customer service escalations
• Review schedules and adjust as needed; plan and assign work
• Plan and manage a budget
