Job summary

Fingerprint is seeking a Field & Partner Marketer to help build and scale our partner marketing function while supporting strategic field marketing execution. This role reports to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing and collaborates with Partnerships, Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing.

You’ll own joint GTM plans with OEM partners, create enablement materials, and establish scalable processes. The position is remote in the US, with travel 20–30% for events and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience building partner co-marketing programs.
• Familiarity with OEM, integration and cloud partner ecosystems; AWS knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting field marketing programs including events.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint GTM plans with a focused set of OEM partners.
• Build and maintain a partner resource hub with brand guidelines and enablement materials.
• Create and manage partner marketing deliverables including launch kits and campaigns.
• Build scalable frameworks, templates and workflows for partner marketing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Track KPIs and pipeline impact of partner marketing initiatives.
• Support AWS Marketplace presence and MDF coordination.
• Plan and coordinate partner enablement sessions with Sales Enablement.
• Support regional field marketing programs and events.
