Job summary

Tines is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive regional event programs and ABM initiatives across the West. You will partner with GTM teams to curate branded experiences, support partner events, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a creator mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing are essential. This is a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on field marketing and events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events aligned with brand and objectives.
• Oversee event planning: registration, logistics, setup, on-site support, post-event wrap-up.
• Support larger tradeshows and tentpole events, coordinating with vendors and ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with GTM and marketing teams to align messaging and goals.
• Manage relationships with event vendors and partners; drive channel partner programs.
• Oversee regional event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Track attendance, manage lists, and generate post-event reports and insights.
• Oversee SWAG inventory and distribution at events.
