OPENLANE seeks a Field Operations and Auction Performance Senior Manager to set the strategic direction for our national field organization and auction partnerships. You will lead a high-impact team and own the performance of a $500M+ asset portfolio with a focus on net recovery and efficiency.

The role demands an architectural leader who builds scalable operating models, negotiates with auction leadership, and develops talent across distributed teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience leading distributed operations or regional remarketing teams.
• Experience managing large-scale asset portfolios ($500M+) with a focus on net recovery.
• Proven ability to design and implement performance scorecards and standardized KPIs.

Mansioni

• Define the operating model and performance standards for the national field team; lead, coach, and calibrate performance across all markets.
• Own the relationship with auction leadership; utilize data-driven scorecards to influence service levels and operational execution.
• Drive the overarching strategy for $500M+ in annual vehicle assets to maximize efficiency and client outcomes.
• Design workflows and tools that ensure consistency; serve as the final escalation point for high-stakes arbitrations and risks.
• Act as a strategic advisor for key clients, providing high-level market insights and performance results.
