Job summary

Taylor & Martin Llc Auctioneers is seeking an Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to shape and execute our operational strategy across Fremont, NE and multiple auction locations.

You will partner with executive leadership to develop a multi-year roadmap, standardize procedures, and lead cross-functional improvements using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to translate data into actionable plans, with 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in operations strategy or related field.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma.
• Experience in cross-site or multi-site organizations.
• Experience in logistics/auction industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Develop multi-year Operations roadmap focused on scalability.
• Evaluate processes and conduct site assessments for efficiency.
• Design future-state operating models and standardized procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Manage cross-functional and multi-site projects with measurable results.
• Establish KPIs and track performance; provide status updates.
• Support long-term planning for workforce, technology, capacity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
