Job summary

i2G Systems, a leader in physical security and life-safety solutions, seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to optimize field service delivery and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

You will manage technician scheduling and dispatch, oversee ticket lifecycles, and coordinate with project teams, clients, procurement, and billing to keep work orders accurately tracked and closed efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination or field service scheduling.
• Experience with ticketing systems and FSM software.
• Familiarity with physical security or telecom ops preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field technicians daily.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations leadership.
• Track tickets from creation to completion.
• Provide updates to clients on arrival windows and service status.
• Generate weekly/monthly metrics on technician utilization and schedule adherence.
