Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years in complex machinery or industrial equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in noisy environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
• Strong customer interface with commitment to satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using software to diagnose issues; Linux knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and maintenance services with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering and Customer Success teams for resolutions.
• Provide feedback to engineering/product teams on performance and reliability.
• Coach customer staff on safety, operation and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of resolutions, time, expenses and materials.
• Be prepared for customer service calls requiring travel on short notice.
• Engage in ongoing product and software trainings and stay compliant with safety standards.
