Job summary

Opus Medical is seeking a nurse liaison to coordinate care for injured workers, insured individuals, and carriers, ensuring timely communication for treatment and rehabilitation. This is a remote, field-based role with regular local travel up to 2 hours within the region.

The role requires RN licensure, experience in case management, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work planning and cost-effective care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unrestricted license.
• Ability to perform independent assessments within state scope.
• Two years of direct case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and communicate medical information among Injured Worker, Insured, and Carrier.
• Attend physician appointments and relay treatment plans and rehab timelines.
• Maintain data and billing records and submit monthly reports.
• Provide translation as needed for bilingual nurses.
• Promote teamwork and ensure timely, cost-effective communication.
