Job summary

ReflexAI is seeking an experienced Field Marketing & Events Manager to shape and execute our events program across conferences, tradeshows, executive forums, hosted experiences, and virtual events.

You will partner with sales, customer success, product marketing, demand generation, design, and vendors to ensure on‑brand, on‑brief execution. Role requires travel and on‑site representation with executives and prospects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event marketing or field marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of exceptional execution with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functionally in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Marketing to translate ReflexAI’s positioning into field and event experiences.
• Own end-to-end delivery for all event types, including vendor management and logistics.
• Own webinar and virtual event production end-to-end, from setup to post‑event delivery.
• Turn briefs into clear plans with owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate customer co‑speaking opportunities and on‑site participation.
• Manage gifting and direct mail programs; coordinate ABM outreach.
• Brief sales before events and ensure post‑event follow‑up with recaps.
