Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a Field Station Development Representative to manage field-testing programs in the Central California territory. This role collaborates with CROs, the North America Product Development team, and the Commercial Team to execute trials and demonstrations.

The candidate will design field trials, collect and manage data, and contribute to product launches while ensuring safety and compliance in diverse field conditions.

Qualifications

• MS in Entomology, Plant Physiology, Plant Pathology, Weed Science, Plant Science, Agronomy or related science.
• State pesticide application license required; PCA/CCA certification preferred.
• Ability to work outside in hot/cold conditions and carry a 50-lb backpack sprayer.

Responsibilities

• Manage field tests of crop protection products, including planning, design, planting, treatments, evaluation.
• Collect data and ensure data quality in corporate database.
• Develop action plans and budgets to meet objectives while managing time and priorities.
• Summarize results and support product launches with marketing teams; assist with plot tours.
