Qualifications

• MS in Entomology, Plant Physiology, Plant Pathology, Weed Science, Plant Science or Agronomy is required.
• Experience with field trials planning, layout, planting and data collection is essential.
• Knowledge of crop protection products and field-testing procedures is required.
• Ability to communicate results and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct field tests of crop protection products (synthetic and biologicals).
• Manage in-house trials and CRO relationships for field testing.
• Collect and quality-check data for development trials and enter into the corporate database.
• Develop action plans and budgets and manage priorities in an independent setting.
• Summarize data and communicate results to support decisions and product launches.
• Support plot tours and collaborate with Product Development Managers and Technical Service.
