Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an Associate-level Technical Development Rep in Minnesota to support precommercial product development for Loveland Products and provide technical field research leadership across the Northern Plains. You will design protocols, manage field studies with partners, analyze results with statistics, and translate findings into sales-ready content.

Remote/home-office setup with significant travel to support trials.

Qualifications

• MS degree required or PhD preferred.
• Experience designing, conducting, evaluating, and analyzing agricultural field research.
• CCA certification desired; not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project leadership focused on LPI innovation.
• Lead precommercial protocol development and experimental design.
• Establish and maintain applied field research programs with contractors/universities.
• Validate, analyze, and summarize field data with statistics.
• Convert data into marketing content for product positioning.
• Collaborate with sales for knowledge transfer to retail staff.
• Travel up to 50% during busy seasons; region: Minnesota to Washington.
