• 2+ years’ experience in discovery, development or commercialization of agricultural products.
• Master of Science in Entomology, Plant Physiology, Plant Pathology, Weed Science, Plant Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of field trial approaches and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-house and contracted field tests for crop protection products.
• Collect and manage field data, ensure quality and timely entry into corporate databases.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Technical Service on market opportunities.
• Present results and support product launches with data-driven insights.
