Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Field Client Success Manager (FCSM) to drive adoption of Limber’s Remote Therapeutic Monitoring in physical therapy clinics. This role requires extensive travel to partner clinics, coaching clinicians and staff to maximize RTM utilization and improve patient outcomes.

You will work with clinicians, regional and clinic leadership to deliver hands-on training, analyze usage data, and push for effective integration of Limber into daily care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
• 2–5 years clinical experience; 2 years outpatient required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; coaching and training ability.
• Passion for innovation and improving patient care.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and be highly accountable.
• Willingness to travel extensively; miles reimbursed per IRS rates.
• Active driver’s license in good standing; access to a major airport.
• Familiarity with musculoskeletal care, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner clinics to build and maintain strong clinician relationships (up to 80% travel).
• Identify adoption challenges and collaborate with clinic teams on tailored solutions.
• Provide in-person coaching, training, and support to clinicians and leadership on Limber workflows.
• Analyze usage metrics and develop action plans to improve performance and engagement.
• Represent the clinician perspective to inform product and operations improvements.
• Track visit outcomes and progress against KPIs in a structured manner.
• Support new client go-lives and field implementation initiatives.
• Lead virtual trainings and client engagement when not in the field.
