Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Field Customer Success Manager (Client Management I) for a remote role in the United States. You will travel to clinics, coach clinicians on Limber's RTM platform, and help drive adoption and patient outcomes.

You must be a licensed PT or OT with 2–5 years clinical experience, comfortable with extensive travel, and capable of building strong client relationships. The role offers unlimited PTO and a work-from-anywhere culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist must be active.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience; 2 years outpatient clinic experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner clinics to coach clinicians and staff.
• Adopt Limber RTM platform and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide in-person training on workflows and tools.
• Analyze usage metrics and drive adoption improvements.
• Act as the clinician advocate to inform product improvements.
• Track visit outcomes and KPI progress.
• Support new client go-lives in the field.
