Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Field Customer Success Manager (Client Management I) to drive adoption of Limber’s RTM solution across partner clinics. This remote role requires a licensed PT or OT and 70–80% travel to visit sites, coach clinicians, and optimize RTM workflows for better patient outcomes.

You will build strong clinician relationships, monitor usage metrics, lead trainings (in-person and virtual), support go-lives, and work with clinic leadership on adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or OT required.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred; 2 years outpatient clinic experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a coaching mindset.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time; valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with performance-based earning structures.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner clinics (up to 80%) to build clinician relationships.
• Deliver in-person coaching and training on Limber workflows and platform tools.
• Analyze usage metrics and develop plans to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Support new client go-lives and field implementation initiatives.
• Lead virtual trainings when not in the field.
