Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years field service experience in a customer service or technical role.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Ability to enter hospital and lab environments when required.
• On-call and after-hours availability as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and problem solving.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Independently travel and perform field services at customer sites.
• Prepare tools, research and customer-specific information to ensure success.
• Communicate technical concepts in clear, non-technical terms for customers.
• Maintain and reconcile field service kit inventory.
• Escalate issues to support teams and provide feedback for product improvements.
