Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Customer Success Representative to build lasting relationships with customers by serving as the main contact for inbound support. You will leverage deep platform knowledge to craft solutions daily and collaborate with Engineering, Hardware, Product, QA, and Sales teams to drive customer growth.

We value a passion for SaaS and IoT delivery, with remote nationwide work, up to 20% travel, and a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience providing software customer support.
• Spanish proficiency required.
• Experience in construction technology is a plus.
• Experience with Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and Help Scout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer support on a day-to-day basis.
• Communicates with customers via phone, email, inbound chat, and hotline calls.
• Utilizes remote teleconferencing tools to assist customers.
• Assists customers with navigating the Tenna app and platform.
• Diagnoses root causes and documents issues clearly.
• Takes ownership of support tickets and ensures timely resolution.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Hardware, Product, and QA to address tickets.
• Onboards new customers and users.
• Ensures correct provisioning of permissions and asset lists.
• Engages customers to retain and renew Tenna memberships.
