Job summary

Terso is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to join our Customer Success Team. The role focuses on in-field installations, service, and customer training, ensuring high satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in field service or technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years field service experience in a customer service or technical service position.
• Exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence and able to demonstrate understanding and empathy.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel and execute field services at customer sites (installations, training, calibrations, repairs, maintenance).
• Prepare with tools and info to deliver successful services and manage kit inventory.
• Communicate with customers clearly, document feedback, and escalate as needed.
