Zusammenfassung

Crawford & Company is seeking a Content Claims Specialist to support adjusters, policyholders and vendors in the claims process. The role includes inventorying contents, pricing items per LKQ standards, and coordinating with field resources for efficient data entry and assessments.

Candidates should be willing to travel for field inspections, work independently from a home office, and maintain detailed logs in our Claims System. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary (High School) Diploma.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to handle challenging situations and people.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
• Remote/work from home position with dedicated workspace, high speed internet service, reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Company equipment including laptop will be provided.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with adjusters/policyholders and vendors to explain their roles as Content Claims Specialists and their contributions in the claims handling process.
• Complete physical inventory of contents; identify claim type and apply LKQ pricing as appropriate.
• Ensure consistent, quality/turnaround of all claims per productivity standards and client SLAs.
• Coordinate with Field Support to organize resources for data entry and LKQ assessment of damages.
• Independently manage claim load to promote timely closures.
• Communicate with all parties in adherence with commitment to timely updates on the content claims process.
• Submit detailed work/time logs daily for all claims processed.
• Maintain claim notes in the Claims System/Web-application (exclaim) with issues and hours.
• Ensure timely and accurate pricing of outstanding items following LKQ standards.
• Pursue continuing education and uphold Crawford Code of Business Conduct.
• Participate in Special Projects, CAT response, or other duties as requested.
