Qualifications

• Secondary (High School) Diploma.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
• This is a remote/work from home position with a need to provide a quiet workspace and reliable internet, plus a personal vehicle for driving/field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Explain roles of content claims specialists to adjusters, policyholders, and vendors.
• Complete physical inventory of contents and determine claim type using LKQ standards.
• Ensure timely, quality turnaround of all claims per productivity standards and client SLAs.
• Coordinate with Field Support to organize resources for data entry and LKQ assessments.
• Independently manage claim load to meet turnaround/closure timelines.
• Communicate updates to all parties with timely and informative notes in the claims system.
• Maintain detailed work logs and notes in the claims system.
