Crawford & Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking Content Claims Specialists to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves remote work with required field inspections and travel, supported by company equipment.

You'll communicate with adjusters, policyholders and vendors, manage contents-related claims, and ensure timely, accurate pricing and documentation while adhering to our standards and SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for field inspections.
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• This is a remote/work from home position. Employee must be able to provide an adequate workspace, high speed internet, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with adjusters/policyholders and vendors to explain roles in the claims handling process.
• Complete physical inventory of contents impacted by the loss and identify claim type.
• Ensure consistent quality and turnaround of all claims according to productivity standards and SLA requirements.
• Organize resources for data entry and LKQ assessment of damaged contents as per productivity standards.
• Independently manage claim load to promote timely closures.
• Maintain documentation in the Claims System/Web-application.
• Price outstanding items following LKQ standards.
• Promote the Crawford brand and adhere to the Code of Business Conduct.
• Participate in special projects or CAT response as needed.
