Crawford & Company is seeking a Content Claims Specialist to handle inventory, pricing, and communications for contents claims. The role involves independent work, field inspections, and coordinating with adjusters and vendors to ensure timely closures.

Requirements include 1+ year of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel for field inspections. This is a remote/work-from-home position with provided company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Explain roles of Content Claims Specialists to adjusters, policyholders, and vendors.
• Conduct physical inventory of contents and determine claim type for LKQ pricing.
• Ensure timely quality/turnaround of claims per productivity standards and client SLAs.
• Coordinate with Field Support to organize resources for data entry and LKQ assessment.
• Independently manage claim load to promote timely closures.
• Communicate with all parties for timely and informative updates on the claims process.
• Submit detailed work/time logs daily for all claims processed.
• Maintain claim notes in the claims system/web-application with hours and issues.
